Sidhya is a Master of International Affairs graduate from Columbia University, where she focused on Economic and Political Development and Econometrics. Her research interests lie in group and individual identities and how inequalities can be addressed in development policy design. She has previously worked in project management for pilot design, implementation, and analysis in India. She is the lead research fellow on Jain Family Institute's Income Share Agreements and Basic Income initiatives.
She also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, India.
