Will leads JFI's flagship initiative: developing income share agreements as a new investment product that can accelerate economic mobility while generating financial returns. He also oversees JFI's communications, business development, and government relations. Will comes to JFI from the Robin Hood Foundation, where he served as Chief of Staff to the President, starting the foundation's first-ever Poverty Solutions Conference (now entering its third year), and helping launch a broad-based benefits enrollment campaign in partnership with the City of New York. He previously led marketing for Anthemis, the financial services venture capital firm behind Betterment, Simple Bank, and Currency Cloud. It is Will's highest honor to have started his professional life in the U.S. Senate, serving on the staff of the Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions under its chairman, Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA).
